Thanks for stopping by my website!
For more than 25 years, I've helped individuals and families throughout the Philadelphia suburbs gain greater insight into themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're facing difficult emotions, a major life transition, or ongoing family conflict, therapy can provide the support and perspective you need to move forward with clarity.
I work with clients who are experiencing:
Feelings of loneliness, resentment, or emotional overwhelm
Life transitions such as marriage, parenthood, divorce, empty nesting, or caring for aging parents
Difficulty setting healthy boundaries while balancing the many roles and responsibilities in their lives
Communication challenges, especially when they feel unheard or misunderstood by a partner
Painful or disappointing relationships that leave them feeling disconnected or stuck
Wherever you are in your journey, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

Are you ready for a new journey that will hold space for you to be exactly where you are at this moment with patience, warmth, and acceptance? Is it time to let go of what you need to so that you can process the past, experience the present, and fully embrace what is in front of you? Individual Therapy can help you to get reacquainted with who you are, relieve stress, and create new opportunities for you.

Do you keep trying the same things that aren’t working in your marriage? Do you feel stuck, unfulfilled, unsupported, and lonely? Are you going through a life transition and just need a little extra support, but don’t want to do it alone? Couples Therapy can change how you view your role in your relationship and who you want to become for your loved one, discover your longings and express them, as well as improve relationship prioritization, understanding, and enjoyment.

Do you feel misunderstood and need someone to help resolve specific conflicts with your teenagers, siblings, or parents? Have you been putting off difficult conversations for a long time? Are you going through one of the following: divorce, marriage, estrangement, aging parents, chronic illness, adolescence, or a relational rift that has left you feeling confused and bitter? Do you need help to begin this next chapter or persevere through frustration and fear? Having a Family Therapist as a mediator moves conversations and relationships from disconnectedness to closeness and chaos to clarity.
-
Are you wondering if you have Postpartum Depression or Anxiety? Does it seem like your partner no longer “gets” you? Do you have mixed feelings about your new responsibilities? Anyone going through the newness of birth will benefit from sorting out parental identity, marital stressors, and family boundaries with an experienced Couples and Family Therapist.

Do you need to accrue several hours for licensure? Are you interested in Couples or Family work?
I am energized to train new practitioners, and I will help you think in system—and evidence-based frameworks as you develop into the therapist you want to become. -
Are you ready to let go of pain through acceptance? Does your body need to learn how to breathe again so that you can slow down your mind? Would you like to experience pleasure from small moments again, like you did as a child? Do you want to learn how your thoughts create stress in your body? Let’s learn how to slow down your mind together so that your body, mind, and spirit feel more alive.
-
Do you feel like you are all alone as you begin a new life? Do you feel as if your partnered friends and the rest of your family really can’t understand what you are going through? Could you benefit from hearing how others have endured this transition?

Are you sick of retelling the same concerns to various healthcare providers? Do you wish someone could coordinate the care between your other healthcare workers? I am a provider who likes to contact School Counselors, Psychiatrists, Primary Care Providers, OBGYNs, or other Therapists to understand your life outside our sessions. I initiate a team approach and make myself available to follow up with other professionals if issues arise that need outside collaboration, without a charge.
My Ethos
Here's what I believe: we're in this together. Your openness and willingness to grow in insight, combined with my expertise in relationships (whether it's your relationship with yourself, your partner, a parent, or your child), can make you feel more valued, known, and fulfilled.
